LIV at St Edmunds is located on St. Loman’s Road, near the Liffey Valley Interchange (N4, junction 2), and approximately one minute from the junction of the M50 and N4 (M50, junction 7), providing quick and easy access to locations around Dublin and beyond.

Buses depart to and from the city centre approximately every five minutes, they also connect with Heuston Station, allowing further connections with the Luas red line or local and national train services.

Clondalkin / Fonthill train station is c.2.5km away with a Park and Ride option. Currently parking is free at the station with 150 car spaces and fully sheltered bike rack. Travel time to Pearse Street Dart station in the heart of Dublin City is approximately 35 mins.

The area has an excellent network of on and off-road cycle and walking paths, including a double lane cycle-walkway from St. Edmunds to the Liffey Valley Centre.
